Q: How do I create a GaspBB account?

A: To create an account, please click this link to Register and fill out the required fields. To signup for our newsletter, leave the box in the top section checked. Our email newsletter contains info on new products and promotional items!

Q: Why should I create a customer account instead of checking out anonymously?

A: Using a customer account to check out comes with several benefits.

1.) You will be able to keep track of past orders and tracking numbers for your records.

2.) If needed our customer service department will be able to assist you with your order much more efficiently.

3.) You can be sure and keep all of your address/contact info up to date. When our customer service department assists you, they'll use info from your most recent order unless otherwise instructed. By keeping your info up to date, you ensure we're using the correct information!

Q: Is an account required to make a purchase?

A: An account is not required to make a purchase. Once you've added the items to your cart. You may proceed to checkout and choose to "checkout as guest" instead of logging in to an account. Remember that by checking out anonymously you lose all benefits of using an account including not being able to see the status of your order or pay an unpaid order.

Please Note: Purchases made as a guest cannot be transferred to a customer account.

Sizing

Q: What size should I get?

A: Below are our Gasp and Better Bodies official size charts. We recommend also reading the description of each item you look at and looking for cues as to how the item fits. When using these size charts, please keep in mind that between an individuals personal preference and body shape these charts are to be used as a general guideline and do not guarantee a correct fit.

Returns/Exchanges

Q: Do I qualify for a return or exchange?

A: To qualify for a return or exchange, you must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. The clothing must be unworn and unwashed with tags still attached.

Clothing that is soiled (pet hair, cologne, etc.) will not be accepted. Our warehouse reserves the right to decline the receipt of any return item.

Q: How do I return an item(s)?

A: To make a return, please email us at info@gaspbb.com or call us at 214-556-3505. Have your order number handy, we'll need that to find your information in our system.

If returning an item for a refund, please let us know the name/color/size of the item(s)

Please keep in mind that exchange orders ship free. So if you're considering returning an item for a refund just to purchase a different size separately. You will save money if you opt to make an exchange in the first place.

Q: How do I make an exchange?

A: To make an exchange, please email us at info@gaspbb.comor give us a call at 214-556-3505. Please have your order number handy.

If you're returning for a refund or store credit, please let us know the name/color/size of the item(s) that you're sending back to us and we'll be able to set your RMA up for you.

If you're returning and would like an exchange, please let us know the name/color/size of the item(s) that you're sending back to us as well as the name/color/size of the item(s) you'd like in exchange. Please also verify the shipping address that you'd like the exchange items shipped to.

Q: What do I do if I was sent a defective item or something other than what I ordered?

A: For defective or incorrect orders, please email us at info@gaspbb.com and we'll get back to you with details on how it'll be taken care of.

Q: How long does it take to receive a refund?

A: Once we receive your return items, the refund is usually processed within 1-2 business days. The money will be sent to you immediately however it can take 2-10 business days for your bank to release the funds to your account.

Shipping

Q: What shipping methods do you offer?

A: NEW: We now offer $5 flat rate priority mail shipping for any size order anywhere in the USA.

We offer shipping options from Fedex, UPS, and USPS.

Fedex and UPS offer several different options with varying transit times as well as varying costs. These costs depend on the method you choose as well as the weight of the package and it's destination.

Below are Fedex and UPS Ground/home delivery transit times maps.

IMPORTANT: transit times are from when the item is shipped. Not when the item is ordered. We try our best to ship our orders out as fast as possible but we do allow 1-2 business days for processing when necessary.

Once the shipper has the package, the control is out of our hands. Therefore we cannot garuntee the below transit times accuracy.

Q: How long will it take for my order to arrive?

A: Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method chosen and the location of the shipping address. Orders placed before noon will be shipped same day. If an order is placed before noon and there is an issue with the order, you will be emailed before the end of the day.

Transit times once the order has been shipped vary depending on location. Typically you should expect your order to arrive in 1-4 business days.

Ordering

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express

We also accept paypal. It can be chosen as your payment method upon checkout. Once you proceed you'll then be re-directed to paypal's website where you can easily log in to your paypal account or checkout as a guest. After completing payment, you'll be re-directed back to our site where you can submit your order.

We're sorry but we do not accept wire transfer, money order, western union, cash, or check at this time.
